These were not bad but didn't work for me and I returned them 06/23 the day I requested the refund. The seller now is saying I did not return them and is going to charge me. I told them I have returned them and .... no response! I have email confirmation that I have returned them at the Maple Grove MN Whole Foods on 06/23!!!I was more comfortable with a 1/2 size larger than my norm. There is a tough support to the heel that is a bit uncomfortable, but outside of that, I love them. Comfortable, warm and great for the deep snow.I wore this on my trip overseas and the only warm shoe I took with me. I developed blisters no matter how loose I tried to make it. It fit me perfectly in the feet/toes, but the ankle/achilles area were very uncomfortable. I still have abrasions there.Looking forward to breaking these in this winter.We live in Colorado and my wife needs both, fashion and functional performance in the snow. She loves them and looks amazing in them.We tried these at a box store first. They were way more expensive. Bought from Amazon and saved $$. They are extremely cute and comfy.
