I like how the sole is like the original boots. I dont like how narrow the are. I have a narrow foot but the are even too narrow for meI’m an age old Clark’s fan, and bought these to replace my previous pair that I wore into the ground, however I’ve only been able to wear this new pair twice. Once I wore them to work and thought my feet were going to fall off they hurt so bad. I’m not sure what the issue is because they’re the same size I’ve always worn but this pair just kills my feet beyond belief. Kinda wasted money sucks.I had to send these shoes back. In spite of the reviewers who said they became comfortable, I was unable to tolerate the pinch on the top of the foot which was described by so many. Nor could I put up with the rubbing of the heel. The leather is very stiff and hard and I have never found such a shoe to become more comfortable for me. There are simply too many shoes and boots out there which are comfortable from the moment you put them on - why suffer? These went back.Super cute and lightweight...but treat with stain/water repellant if you plan on wearing them outside the house.
